Unfortunately, Windows stubbornly resists, however, that from this folder deletes something. Not for the first time I had trouble with such as these "c: \\ System Volume Information". It is really stupid when in this folder once a virus or similar nested, since the Windows directory will be so good "proof" that the anti-virus can not carry out disinfection.

useful technique in such situations, as is so often a Linux-based live CD: Trinity Rescue Kit, Download: http://trinityhome.org/Home/index.php?wpid=1&front_id = 12

You start the computer with the Trinity CD and then executes the command
mountallfs-g
that all disk partitions, including NTFS FS ; r mount read-write access. With the usual Linux commands you will search the correct directory (in my case it was / dev/sda2/Systeme volume information) and can the offending files then delete it.
